What we do
Eight ways we get you seen
Most campaigns use two or three of these together — assembled into one activation, with one point of contact.
Why Wozani Africa
The agency brands call when it has to happen
Campaigns rarely fail on the idea. They fail on access, on staffing, and on whether anyone senior is there on the day.
Nationwide, genuinely
Regional managers and live staff pools in all nine provinces — Polokwane runs to the same standard as Sandton.
Last-minute is our normal
Most agencies need a fortnight. Much of our work is briefed, dressed and on site inside 24 hours.
Permits nobody else gets
Beach permits in 24 hours, campus and mall permits nationwide — applied for directly, never through a broker.
One promoter or a thousand
Same vetting, same reporting, whether it's one brand ambassador for an evening or 800 across the country.
Nothing we haven't handled
Bike weeks, air shows, festivals, awards — contingency plans built from real incidents, not a template.
Reporting you can forward
Photos, headcounts and stock counts per store, per day — consolidated, not a folder of raw feedback.
How it works
Brief on Monday, live by the weekend
Four steps, no agency theatre. You make four decisions; we absorb everything between them.
- 01
Brief
Brand, objective, cities, dates — even if half of it is still undecided. A call usually beats a document.
- 02
Plan & quote
A costed plan — team, permits, infrastructure, timings, one price. Usually within one business day.
- 03
Cast & clear
We shortlist staff for your approval, lodge the permits, book the venues and produce the branded assets.
- 04
Run & report
Managers on site for every shift, daily photo reporting, and a consolidated wrap at the end.

Work with us
Want to be one of our promoters?
We are always adding brand ambassadors, promoters, hostesses and content creators to the national pool. Get on the database and we will call when a campaign in your city fits.
Questions we get asked
Where in South Africa do you operate?
All nine provinces. We have staff pools and regional managers in Gauteng, the Western Cape and KwaZulu-Natal, and run campaigns into the Eastern Cape, Free State, Mpumalanga, Limpopo, North West and Northern Cape as standard.
How much notice do you need?
Less than you would expect. Last-minute booking is a speciality — in the major metros we regularly confirm briefed, dressed teams inside 24 hours. Give us the real deadline and we will tell you honestly what is possible.
What is the smallest campaign you take on?
One promoter for one shift. The vetting, briefing and reporting are identical to a national campaign; only the invoice is smaller.
What does a promotions agency actually do?
Three things, and the good ones do all three: supply and manage the people, build and permit the space they stand in, and report what happened. An agency that only does the first is a staffing supplier; one that only does the second is a production company. We are set up to hand you a whole activation on one contract.
What does a promotional staff campaign cost?
It is driven by staff numbers, shift length, cities, and how much infrastructure and permitting sits around the team. A single promoter for a day's in-store sampling and a hundred-umbrella beach build are both normal briefs and are nowhere near each other on price. Send the brief and you will have a costed plan, usually within one business day.
Do you handle permits?
Yes — beach permits (usually inside 24 hours), university and college permits, shopping mall permits, and municipal event permits including road closures and safety plans.
Can you run several cities at the same time?
Routinely. Multi-city and multi-store campaigns running simultaneously with a regional manager over each cluster is the format most of our FMCG work takes.
