Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Wozani Africa Promotions website. Bookings themselves are governed by the separate written quotation and agreement we issue for each campaign.

1. Website content

We keep the information on this site accurate and current, but it is provided for general guidance. Service descriptions, turnaround times and coverage are indicative — the binding detail is whatever appears in your signed quotation.

2. Quotes and enquiries

Submitting the quote form starts a conversation; it does not create a booking and carries no obligation on either side. A booking exists once we have issued a written quotation and you have accepted it. Permit turnaround times, including the 24-hour beach permit turnaround, depend on the relevant municipality or venue and are targets rather than guarantees.

3. Staff applications

Applying through Join the Team places you on our database for consideration. It is not an offer of employment and does not guarantee bookings. We never charge staff a fee to join, be briefed, or be placed. Information and photographs you submit must be your own, accurate and current.

4. Photography and intellectual property

The photographs, text, layout and design on this site belong to us or are used with permission, and may not be reproduced without written consent. Third-party brand names appear only to describe campaigns we have worked on; those trademarks remain the property of their owners and their appearance here does not imply any endorsement of this website.

5. Third-party links

We link to external sites such as WhatsApp and social platforms. We are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including under the Consumer Protection Act.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
