Wozani Africa Promotions("we", "us") processes personal information in line with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). This policy explains what we collect through this website and how it is handled.

1. Information we collect

• Client enquiries: your name, company, email address, phone number and the details of the campaign you describe in the quote form.
• Staff applications: if you apply through Join the Team, we collect your name, contact details, date of birth, gender, location, height, clothing sizes, languages, social media handles, transport availability and the photographs you upload.
• Technical data: IP address and basic request information, used to rate-limit our forms and prevent abuse.

2. Why we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote.
• To place applicants on our promotional staff database and consider them for bookings.
• To share a shortlisted applicant's profile and photographs with a client for approval of a specific booking.
• To administer bookings, payments and legal compliance.
• To protect our forms from spam and automated abuse.

3. Staff photographs and profiles

Photographs submitted with a staff application are used to represent you to clients when we shortlist for a campaign. We share them only with the client concerned and only for that purpose. We do not sell them, and we do not publish them on this website or on social media without your separate agreement.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with: clients considering a specific booking (staff profiles), service providers who host our website and deliver our email, and authorities where the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

Client enquiries are retained for as long as needed to service the relationship and to meet our record-keeping obligations. Staff applications remain on the database until you ask to be removed, or until we have had no contact with you for three years.

6. Security

Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection and delivered to a controlled mailbox. Access to the staff database is limited to the people who need it for bookings. No system is completely secure, so please do not send us ID documents, banking details or other sensitive information through this website.

7. Your rights

Under POPIA you may ask us to:

• Confirm what personal information we hold about you.
• Correct anything that is wrong or out of date.
• Delete your profile and photographs from our database.
• Stop contacting you about work or marketing.

8. Cookies

This site uses browser storage to remember your light or dark theme preference. It does not set advertising cookies.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. When we do, the "last updated" date above changes and the current version is posted here.
