Can you take over an event already in progress?
Yes. Coming in mid-project to stabilise a struggling event is a fair amount of what we do — we audit what exists, flag the gaps, and take ownership of the parts you hand over.
Do you handle permits and safety plans?
We do — municipal permits, road closures, event safety plans and the compliance paperwork that goes with them.
How early should we bring you in?
For a large event, six months is comfortable and three is workable. For anything involving municipal approval, earlier is significantly more cost-effective.
